Yes, we offer made-to-order services. To proceed, please email us at [email protected] with the images of the character along with your specific requirements, include your detailed measurements (such as height, bust, waist, and hips) and indicate when you need the cosplay for your event. We typically respond within 48 hours regarding pricing, and shipping costs. Please note that pricing and shipping fees are estimated based on costume details and materials. If you accept our offer, we will upload a purchase link to our store and send it to you via email. This link is valid for 10 days, if no purchase is made within that period, the link may be deactivated, and you would need to contact us again.
1. For costumes listed under our “Ready to Ship” category and nearly all wigs can be processed quickly: Processing time 2–3 days and an additional 10 days for shipping, meaning you should receive your order within approximately 2 weeks.
2. For costumes not in the “Ready to Ship” category and for styled wigs, a longer processing time is required, these items typically require 7–15 days for processing plus 10 days for shipping, meaning you should receive your order in about 20–25 days.
3. Items that need a long processing time will be clearly indicated in the product title or description. Additionally, custom-made costumes require an extra 7–10 days for processing.
Generally, all parts clearly visible in the product images are included with the cosplay set. For some costumes, the purchase options may allow you to select which parts are included. Please note that items such as wigs, shoes, and weapons are often offered as separate add-on purchases. If the product listing includes both Coser images and mannequin images, please refer to the mannequin images for the standard included items, the Coser images may contain additional accessories that are not part of the package. To check your order status, please log into your account (by clicking “My Account” located at the bottom left or top right of the page) and select “Orders.” If your order is marked as “Processing,” it means it has not yet been shipped, and you may need to wait a bit longer. Some cosplay items require additional time for production; please review the product details or email us at [email protected] for specific shipping estimates. If your order status shows “Shipped,” a tracking number should be provided for you to check your delivery. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from as quickly as 6 days to as long as 20 days. For any further shipping inquiries, feel free to contact us via email.
All product prices on our website are tax-inclusive, meaning that any import duties and fees are already factored into the purchase price.
However, if you are unexpectedly charged additional taxes upon delivery, please contact our customer service immediately. We will verify the charge and, if appropriate, promptly refund the excess amount.

1. Order Cancellation
Within 24 hours of placing your order: You may cancel your order without any fees.
After 24 hours: If your order has entered production or customization, a 30% processing fee will be charged.
Shipped orders: Once an order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
2. Returns & Exchanges
2-1. Incorrect or Damaged Items
– If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within one week of receiving your package.
– We will arrange a replacement or offer a return/exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.
– Please provide your order number and a brief description (including photos, if possible) of the issue.
2-2. Personal Reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, change of mind)
– If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your package.
– You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
– The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
– To initiate the return, please email us your order number and return request. We will provide you with the return address.
– Once we send you the return address, please ship the item within one week and provide us with a valid tracking number.
2-3. Non-Returnable Items
– Any item discounted by 50% or more.
– Custom-made items (including custom-sized cosplay costumes, shoes, wigs or accessories).
2-4. Condition Check Upon Receipt
– When we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
– If the item appears used, damaged, or altered, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or provide a partial refund depending on the condition.
3. Refund Process
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Refund Confirmation: We will send you an email once your refund has been processed.
Processing Time: Typically, refunds appear in your account within two business days. However, the exact timing may vary depending on your credit card provider or bank.
In some cases, yes. We can sell certain individual pieces from a cosplay set—such as gloves, accessories, etc.—but not all products are available for separate purchase.
As a general rule, if a cosplay set supports custom sizing, most of its components can be sold individually. However, for non-customizable items, we usually do not offer separate pieces.
Please note that we don’t list every individual part for sale on the website. If you’re interested in purchasing a specific item from a set, feel free to contact us via email, and we’ll provide a custom purchase link for you.
Processing times vary by item. To check estimated delivery, please refer to the Description and Shipping & Delivery tabs on the product page—both processing and shipping times are clearly listed there.
Your total wait time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
For example, if you order a wig with a 3-day processing time and 10-day shipping, you can expect to receive it in approximately 13 days.
Please note that during busy seasons like Halloween or Christmas, there may be delays in shipping. Delivery times may also vary depending on your country’s local postal services, so the timeframe is only an estimate.
