Return & Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Within 24 hours of placing your order: You may cancel your order without any fees.
After 24 hours: If your order has entered production or customization, a 30% processing fee will be charged.
Shipped orders: Once an order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.

2. Returns & Exchanges
2-1. Incorrect or Damaged Items
– If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within one week of receiving your package.
– We will arrange a replacement or offer a return/exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.
– Please provide your order number and a brief description (including photos, if possible) of the issue.

2-2. Personal Reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, change of mind)
– If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your package.
– You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
– The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
– To initiate the return, please email us your order number and return request. We will provide you with the return address.
– Once we send you the return address, please ship the item within one week and provide us with a valid tracking number.

2-3. Non-Returnable Items
– Any item discounted by 50% or more.
– Custom-made items (including custom-sized cosplay costumes, shoes, wigs or accessories).

2-4. Condition Check Upon Receipt
– When we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
– If the item appears used, damaged, or altered, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or provide a partial refund depending on the condition.

3. Refund Process
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Refund Confirmation: We will send you an email once your refund has been processed.
Processing Time: Typically, refunds appear in your account within two business days. However, the exact timing may vary depending on your credit card provider or bank.
